In the Pink

Today and tomorrow in Second Life will feature productions of "In the Pink", a live theatre piece in Second Life featuring writings and performances of Second Life women.

From the official program:
"'In the Pink celebrates the strength of women, exploring sexuality and what it means to be a woman in real life and on Second Life.

This original presentation is affiliated with the 10th year anniversary of V-day, who raise funds for campaigns to end violence against women all over the world."

Performances are today and tomorrow in Second Life, and I'm promoting this for several reasons. As you know, I'm a strong believer in being open about your sexuality and ending violence against women is a no-brainer. This performance is just another example of ways that we can use this technology to bring talents and viewpoints from women all over the world and have it put together into this amazing production that so many people have worked countless hours to create.

I also wrote a piece for the production that will be performed in Part 2, so show up today in Ivy Falls.. donate.. and listen to what all of these women have to say.

sex toys = beautiful things

I'm still alive. I know I've not been as chatty as usual, but that offline world has sucked me in lately with a new job, new responsibilities, projects to plan and lots to learn. It's all good though, so it's ok.. just means that lately I've had less time to speak to all of you. I still love you though, I promise.

To show how much I love you, I'm going to tell all of you girls a secret. You boys can know this too.. it won't help you directly but it's good to know in case you want to tell your girlfriends, wives, or whatever else you've got goin' on.

I'm not sure who first told me about this magnificent line of sex toys. It might have been Violet Blue or aag.. I can't remember and I love them both so it doesn't really matter. The beautiful secret is a company called Lelo and my latest favorite thing in the world is this.

If you're a loyal reader you'll remember that I blogged a while ago about my first true ejaculatory experience. Since then it's really been a love/hate kind of deal for me. More often than not.. it was hate. I could NOT get that to happen again no matter how hard I tried. Same technique, same position.. no go. I was feeling a little more than frustrated to be honest with you but I decided that if it happened then, surely it would happen again at some point in the future so I relaxed a bit.

Since I recently broke my favorite vibe (don't ask).. I decided it was time to purchase some new ones. I got the Gigi, and this. Since today is a vacation day for me, with snow falling outside and nowhere to go for most of the day, I decided to give these new toys a whirl. After soaking a towel AND the foot of the bed, I am happy to say that my ability to squeal and squirt at the same time has triumphantly returned and all is well with the world!!

I highly recommend these products and I want to thank either Violet or aag for talking about this line of toys. You're both fantastic.

Last night we had the Second Life opening of "Demimonde - The Art of Molly Crabapple" at Obsession:Fetish Refined in conjunction with the opening of the real-world event at Arena Studios curated by Audacia Ray. Things kick off this Friday evening at Obsession:Fetish Refined in Second Life with the opening of Demimonde - The Art of Molly Crabapple. This event will be held in conjunction with the opening of Molly's show at Arena Studios in NYC which is curated by Audacia Ray. Come take a look at this amazing work, mingle a bit and meet some new people. We'll also be linking you to information about Molly and information on how to purchase the art in your real-life.

Then Sunday afternoon at 12PM SL I'll be kicking off an hour of music as I spend another Sunday afternoon performing at Obsession and enjoying the sexy company of all of you gorgeous people.

Mixed-reality Art show coming up next weekend

RL sex writer/blogger/amazing woman, Audacia Ray is curating a show next weekend in NYC called "Demimonde - The Art of Molly Crabapple". The show will open on February 8 at Arena Studios in NYC.

Audacia recently sent out invitations to the opening via Facebook and in responding to her invitation I stated that if she was ever interested in doing a mixed-reality event and having me host an event in SL in conjunction with her event in RL - to let me know.

With an almost immediate response of "I'm very interested", we started working out the details of how to make it happen.

So, a week from today, Obsession: Fetish Refined in Second Life will be holding the SL version of the opening of "Demimonde". I'll post more details soon, but please plan to stop by to view some amazing art, learn about the artist and mingle with other sexy people.

What is going *on* with this country?

So I'm scanning news headlines this morning and run across this one:

"Nude buttocks may cost ABC $1.4 million"

So of course, I'm intrigued and I start to read the article. Turns out that ABC, in some episode of NYPD Blue, showed ""multiple, close-up views" of a woman's "buttocks", and now, they're being fined by the Federal Communications Commission.

The agency states this was indecent because you cannot show "sexual organs and excretory organs, specifically an adult woman's buttocks".

................. 'scuse me?

Since when are 'buttocks' a sexual organ? I mean, there's nothing quite like running your hands over someone's ass, or digging your fingers into those sweet, sweet ass cheeks and pulling someone closer to you, against you... but they are NOT a sexual organ. What the hell.

I could understand that someone's anus might have some sexual connotations but STILL.. even then.. not a 'sexual organ'.

You know, we go along living our lives, knowing that our government really isn't fantastic, and that stuff is majorly screwed up, and that certain people have really fucked up our country recently, but still there's always the thinking that 'well, it's not THAT bad.."

Well you know what? Yes it is. It is THAT BAD. This is just one shining example of how fucked up this country is. Since f'ing WHEN are buttocks a 'sexual organ' and you know what.. even if they WERE.. WHO THE FUCK CARES IF WE SEE THEM ON TV!!!!! First of all, at the time NYPD Blue airs, it's after bedtime for kids. So, if you don't have your kids in bed and they just happen to see someone's BUTT.. then that's your own damn fault. Teaching our children (and adults for that matter) that there's something 'wrong' or 'bad' or 'dirty' about our bodies is probably the worst thing we can do. This is what leads to such screwed up people in our country and you can bet your ass that in other countries television stations aren't getting fined for showing someone's butt on television.

Shit like this makes me nuts.

Obsessed with Obsession...

Hi folks, I'm singing at Obsession again, but this time it's at an earlier time to accommodate everyone from Europe and other places that typically go to sleep WAY earlier than I do.

I'll be performing at 12PM SL this Sunday, January 20. My last show at Obsession was incredibly fun and I can't wait to see some new faces on Sunday.

Updates at Obsession

After performing last week at my favorite sex club in SL.. Obsession, Mr. Wendt decided to 'change things around a bit' and he's managed to make my favorite spot even more fantastic. He's moved some things around, added some things, and made what was great.. even better.

I love bathrooms in sex places. I do not, however, like walking out of them feeling as though I just caught a case of virtual crabs because they're always covered in filth. Why *is* that? People.. "DIRTY" does not mean .... dirty. I can be just as dirty in a sparkling clean bathroom than I can in a filthy one.

Sefris and some helpers have updated the 'Back Alley' too. This is probably my favorite spot of Obsession. Try the cab.. it's fantastic.

I'm going to count backwards from five..

A friend recently told me about 'HypnoDolls' in SL so I went exploring today. HypnoDolls is selling 'hypnotic' machines that are meant to put the user into a trance or hypnotic state by the use of text, audio and visual stimulus. They sell scripts for the machines, most of which are 'adult' or 'fetish' oriented, according to their FAQ notecard.

Now, I'd run into a guy at a BDSM club recently who was explaining to me that he uses hypnosis to get his sub to do as he asks and I must admit, I was highly skeptical just because I guess I've seen too many roleplayers and liars that I have difficulty believing that everyone I meet online is honest and truthful and are telling me things I can believe without a doubt. I do not doubt for one second that he truly believes he is hypnotizing women, but I'm hesitant to say that I believe that's truly what's going on. I won't say that he's lying because I certainly am in no position to make that judgement - maybe he IS actually hypnotizing women, and maybe I'm too cynical about it to even allow it to happen to me.

That being said, I had no idea there were actual machines for hypnosis being sold in SL.

I stopped by today and cammed onto the machine and I have to say that I honestly did feel myself drifting away a bit just watching the visuals on the thing. It's very relaxing and calming and pretty cool, I think.

Another neat thing I learned from their notecard is that they're very open to allowing people to create scripts for this machine and then allowing you to sell them in the store and splitting the profits with you 50/50. That's not a bad deal. Also, if you're a scripter into this kind of thing, from now until April 1, anyone submitting a script that is *not* sexual in nature (weight loss, smoking cessation, gambling (?), etc) will receive 90% of the profits if the script is sold in the store. Sweet.

Are any of you out there using these hypnosis machines? Are any of you doing any hypnotizing or allowing others to hypnotize you? Does it work? I'd love to hear your experiences - I'm still on the fence with this one so the more I can learn about it the better!

Holiday Hiatus

Whew. What a holiday huh. I don't know about you guys but I was insanely busy and my vacation time from work went by much more quickly than I would have liked.
