Last night was another night spent at the Freudian Slip in Second Life with live music from Grace McDunnough and Lyndon Heart.
Grace's music was refreshing and completely enjoyable. She has a really calming, sultry quality to her voice and her song choices were perfect for her. She's a very talented woman. I'm officially a fan.
Lyndon Heart's music was the perfect follow-up to Grace. With a funny spin on the evening, Lyndon's avatar fell victim to a Second Life 'bug' that made him appear much smaller than he normally is, apparently. So, the crowd at the slip spent a lot of time teasing him about it. Made for a very amusing set.
All in all, another lovely evening in Second Life.

Live Music
Last night in Second Life, after chatting a bit with a friend in the Open Latte coffee shop in the sim of Mill Pond, I went to a live music concert at the Freudian Slip. Maximillion Kleene played first, and then Montian Gilruth finished up the evening.
Max Kleene seems to be a genuinely kind, talented guy. I enjoyed his set very much. Montian also was very talented and sounded wonderful. Both performers sang and played guitar, and it made for a really enjoyable evening.

The Community of Second Life
Since my first post, I've been spending a lot of time in Second Life meeting new people and attending some events. The live music in Second Life is really amazing, and I've met some wonderful people. I find it interesting that so much is determined about a person by the appearance of your avatar in an environment such as this.
